About the Department

The Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering, established in 1990, has been dedicated to providing quality education and promoting innovation in the field of industrial automation and process control. Attaining autonomous status in 1994, the department gained the flexibility to design its own curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry advancements and emerging technologies. With state-of-the-art laboratories, experienced faculty, and a hands-on learning approach, the department equips students with expertise in sensors, control systems, industrial automation, and embedded technologies. Committed to research, sustainability, and industry collaboration, it prepares graduates to excel as skilled professionals, driving innovation in automation and control engineering.
